Life as a chef isn’t as glamorous as one may think. Preparing fabulous dishes, day after day can get tiring. When you get home, and you’re hungry, you want to make something, quick, easy and delicious. You don’t have to be a chef to make this recipe!
Ingredients
Sweet Buns (Hawaiian or Sweet Potato rolls)
Green Apple, chopped
Avocado, chopped
Cherry Tomatoes, chopped
Poached Eggs
Mayo
Sriracha
Spicy mayo with ginger
Fried Shallots
Green onions, sliced thin
Chinese dried shredded pork
Assemble:
Spread mayonnaise on bottom bun. Place a poached egg on top. Top with apple, avocado, cherry tomatoes, and shredded pork. Swirl sriracha and ginger mayo on next. Sprinkle on green onions and fried shallots, finish off with the top bun.
